Do you like to have access to your health information without needing to leave the comfort of your home? Now you can by signing up for the Patient Portal!

The Patient Portal allows you to view your personal health information wherever you have an internet connection. Patients are able to be emailed reminders of their upcoming appointments as well as updates from their provider.

To set up your access to the Patient Portal, please be sure to provide your email address to our receptionist at your next appointment. You can also call East Grand Health Center and we will assist you through the process.
